Conveniently situated across the street from the Clifton Park shopping center, our Orangetheory Fitness studio offers well-rounded workouts. The fitness regimen is ideal for working adults, parents and anyone who wants an effective physical fitness program. Our gym facility in Clifton Park, New York, is clean, comfortable and well-appointed. We even sell fun workout clothes that you can wear during your class.
Orangetheory Fitness sessions last for 60 minutes. During that time, you'll switch between three blocks of interval training. Each block has a dozen stations, which means that you won't get bored or overworked doing the same type of exercise. If you've never used a piece of equipment before, we'll guide you through the process of using it safely and effectively. The goal of each workout is to raise your heart rate. You'll be able to keep track of your progress during your workout by wearing one of our heart rate monitors.
Each of our classes is led by an experienced and helpful trainer. The gym instructor will make sure you have the right form for each exercise. If you're new to working out, the trainer can help you modify a particular exercise to match your fitness level.
It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or an expert athlete because everyone is welcome at Orangetheory Fitness. Whether you're seeking to boost your metabolism, lose weight for a special occasion or just get fit, we're the right choice. Our fitness sessions will keep your interest, challenge your body and motivate your spirit.

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
